Job Duties:

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Work closely with store operations to understand their hiring needs and provide advice and support;
  • Handle the frontline recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing candidates to on-board arrangements;
  • Plan and execute recruitment projects such as job fairs and recruitment day;
  • Assist in prepare regular HR reports on market trend and evaluate recruitment effectiveness;
  • Update and administer the HR system and maintain accurate staff information;
  • Assist in all others ad hoc projects as required by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • 2 years human resources experience in Retail, FMCG and sizeable organization;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive thinking, proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Hands-on computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
