Responsibilities:

  • Handle authorization requests
  • Manage and examine client authorization
  • Process other authorization related services
  • Collect and update statistical data

Requirements:

  • Relevant working experience in credit card business an advantage
  • Able to handle customers’ enquiries independently with good communication skills
  • Proactive team player and able to work under pressure
  • Self-initiated and highly organized with good analytical skills
  • Shift duty required
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

 

Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications.
