Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis regarding to global apps and local apps
  • Maintain database for KPI for all the apps launched
  • Analyze the data and prepare reports and metrics to track the usage
  • Assist to promotion events and activities with branches to promote adoption of newly developed apps as well as implement action plans
  • Assist on ad-hoc analysis requested by branches in order to help branches to monitor performance and encourage adoption
  • Evaluate, identify and improve through internal client feedback regarding the app usage, content and comment

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Good knowledge in MS office application, especially in Excel and Power Point
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good analysis skills
  • Open minded and fast learner
  • Proficiency in both English and Cantonese and Mandarin – written and spoken
