The Job:

  • Process and handle documents according to general procedures and standards.
  • Maintain and update records and filling systems.
  • Provide administration and clerical support in the team.
  • Co-ordinate and support team activities and assist in projects.

The Person:

  • 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese.
  • Minimum 1 year's work experience preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows application, e.g. Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing.
  • Good interpersonal skill, dedicated to work and detail-conscious.
