Key elements of the job will involve:
- Provide all rounded support in the Customer Service Department
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing activities
- Assist in handling account opening procedures
- Assist Account Executives and clients in executing HK securities trading orders
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
- Perform all other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time
- Perform client due diligence and prepare information required for CRS and FATCA reporting.
Desired skills and experience:
- Holder of SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities)
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in dealing or customer services
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant)
- Familiar with financial products, KYC and AML.
- Self-motived, hardworking and ability to work under pressure.
- Multi-tasking and attention to details
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
