Assistant Officer - Customer Service & Dealing Department

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all rounded support in the Customer Service Department;
  • Assist in implementing sales and marketing activities;
  • Assist in handling account opening procedures;
  • Assist our Account Executives or clients in executing Hong Kong securities trading orders with accuracy and efficiency;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the department;
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by seniors from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated;
  • At least 1 years’ experience in dealing or customer services;
  • Holder of SFC Type 1(Dealing in Securities) and Type 2 (Dealing in Futures Contracts) is definitely advantageous;
  • High level of customer service orientation;
  • Sociable with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills;
  • Mature, patient, cheerful and detail-minded;
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua is a must;
  • Candidate with less experiences can be considered as Assistant.
