Responsibilities:

  • Follow up customer compliments and complaints
  • Facilitate in-house & outsource training
  • Prepare reports timely
  • Support departmental administration work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, PR, Communication, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year working experience, preferably experienced in customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Good telephone manner, interpersonal and customer service skills
