Assistant Officer, Customer Service

You will be responsible for:

  1. To prepare statutory submissions, reports and documentation
  2. To prepare letters to customers
  3. To update the internal records and databases
  4. To handle customer and government enquiries
  5. To follow up customer purchase orders
  6. To scan and file documents
  7. To assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor


We expect you to have

  1. Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above
  2. At least 1-2 years working experience
  3. Proficient in Windows and good computer skills in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  4. Good command in both written & spoken Chinese and English
  5. Well-organized, attention to details, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and a team player
  6. Willing to learn and take responsibilities
  7. Immediate availability is preferred
