Assistant Officer, Direct & Servicing

Job Duties:

  • Consolidate large-volume reports and align document formats for management review
  • Compiles, maintains, and updates reports on routine basis, such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi- annually and yearly
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Reply emails from customers promptly and direct inquiries to appropriate department to ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage new & renewal business inquires through emails
  • Prepare a variety of document, including letters, invoice, emails
  • Handle customer enquiries form incoming call outbound call and email
  • Handle & follow up on documents to customers' application
  • Ensure compliance expectations are fully met
  • Provide quotations and responses to insurance intermediaries within the service standard
  • Perform underwriting assessment on new and renewal business
  • Perform other related duties and ad hoc task to support the operation of the department

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in call center will be an advantage
  • IIQE Paper 1 , 2 ,3 holder
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • At least 1-2 years customer services experience in banking or insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skill and able to manage multi-tasks and work under pressure
