The appointee will provide support in the administration of internationalization initiatives, partnership development, student mobility programmes, organization of activities, and other duties as required. The job requires occasional duties in the evenings and on weekends and traveling overseas.
Applicants should possess a recognized degree with two years of work experience, preferably in related fields. An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) is required. Applicants should be a self-starter with outgoing personality and positive attitude, able to work effectively with people from different cultures, enthusiastic about working with students, attentive to details, and able to perform multi-tasks, work independently and under pressure. They should also have good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, possess a can-do attitude and be a congenial team player. Overseas work and/or study experience will be an advantage.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.
Initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
