Assistant Officer (Human Resources)

Job duties:

  • Support in a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, employee compensation, staff relations, new staff orientation program etc.
  • Maintain staff personal record in HR System to ensure all data are accurate and update
  • Prepare regular HR reports
  • Assist in develop and implement HR projects and initiatives as required
  • Work closely with all HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Handle ad hoc assignments / projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines 
  • A minimum of 2 years of human resources experience
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinances and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
  • Hands on experience in Payroll and HRIS system management and administration 
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage
  • More experience can be considered as Officer (Human Resources)
