Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR account servicing function including but not limited to mass recruitment, performance management and employee relations
  • As a Business Partner role to work with different team head
  • Prepare HR reports for management review on a regular basis
  • Assist in formulating, implementing and counselling on policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Take an active role in organizing staff recreation activities and employee relations events
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, experiences in FRONTLINE mass recruitment is essential; with experience in Retail, Catering or FMCG industry are MUST.
  • An energetic and well-organized team player, with positive thinking and good analytical mind
  • Able to work independently within a fast-paced, dynamic, customer-oriented environment
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good in written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
  • Immediate available is highly preferable

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant – Human Resources
