Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for human resources functions, mainly in talent acquisition and employee relations
  • Handle regular human resources reports and analytics in relation to talent acquisition
  • Handle recruitment of junior positions when required
  • Assist to organise staff activities for enhancing staff engagement
  • Involve in ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
  • 2 – 3 years of working experience in human resources field
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with good team spirit
  • Proactive, responsible, detail-minded, well-organized and willing to learn
