Assistant Officer, Membership & Customer Services

Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
  • Answer hotline.
  • Make outbound call to provide membership services and upsell company’s solutions & services.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by managers.
  • College or University graduate preferably in sales & marketing, customer service or related fields /  fresh graduates is welcome. 
  • Experience in Sales & marketing and customer service is preferred.
  • Positive, patience, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently with sense of ownership.
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin and good written skill in English and Chinese.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing.
