Responsibilities

  • Handle customer hotline enquiries and complaints on insured products
  • Arrange for repair and replacement of insured products
  • Assist in general clerical work


Requirements

  • HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 1 years' relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
