Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate shipment/delivery with respective departments, forwarders, suppliers and customers
  • Purchase Order and account payment handling
  • Tender / Quotation submission
  • Coordinate internally and externally in all matters relating to operation
  • Compile statistical figures or reports for the nominated accounts
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate with min. 1 year’s experiences in Sales Support / Administration work
  • Hands-on PC skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Fluent in Cantonese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, self-initiative, good team player
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
