Responsibilities

  • Manage the assigned MPF/ ORSO scheme accounts & perform daily MPF administration functions of employer/member enrolment, contribution, termination and data change within SLA under minimum supervision
  • Handle client’s enquiries or complaints, and report to manager
  • Assist in process streamlining and service improvement initiatives
  • Perform UAT of system enhancement projects
  • Support ad-hoc projects  

Requirements

  • Form 7 or above with 2 year working experience in pension industry
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel & MS Access
  • Good typing skills (both English and Chinese)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of MPF and Customer Service Principles
  • Passed in MPF Exam preferred
  • Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
