Assistant Officer (Procurement)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide procurement expertise to negotiate with vendors for better terms and conditions
  • Assist in tender process (preparing of tendering document and ensure compliance)
  • Develop and maintain the electronic purchase workflow operation
  • Maintain the procurement and tender file system
  • Carry out any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with at least THREE years or above of administration or procurement experience highly preferred
  • Sound knowledge in administration and procurement
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe and Chinese Word Processing are a MUST
  • Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Self-initiative, responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
