Assistant / Officer - Product Development

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in design and development of innovative and customer focused products to meet company strategy and different sales channels
  • Conduct analysis for insurance product market trend to achieve competitive product positioning
  • Drive and implement product development projects in timely basis
  • Cooperate with internal and external parties to ensure launch of new products and enhancement of existing products to be delivered efficiently
  • Prepare product related literatures
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing / Finance / Insurance or equivalent
  • Fresh graduate / 1 year or above relevant working experience with knowledge of insurance products
  • Product development / marketing experience gained in insurance/ banking industry is preferred
  • Highly motivated, responsible with good communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent command in spoken & written English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
