The Job

  • Circulate incoming, outgoing and internal documents for the Division within office based on specified rules.
  • Maintain systematic filing systems for electronic documents and hardcopies.
  • Handle office stationery and IT equipment for the Division including maintaining adequate stock levels for a continuous supply.
  • Prepare documents / correspondences, input data and compile reports.
  • Update records of project information and assist in handling of tender documentation.

The Person

  • 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics.
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows application, e.g. Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.
  • Detail-oriented, patient and well-organized.
  • Strong interpersonal skill, dedicated to work, able to work under pressure and in harmony with co-workers.
