Assistant Officer - Sales Administration

Responsibilities

  • Handle ordering, shipping and invoicing documents & procedures;
  • Communicate with internal warehouse staff, couriers, forwarders for logistic issues;
  • Support communication with supplier about ordering and dealers about sales related documents;
  • Provide administrative support to sales team and across departments/factory within the company;
  • Prepare and update price lists, stock and sales reports for management use and review

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with minimum 1 year's working experience;
  • Good command of MS Office and Chinese word-processing;
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and can work independently;
  • Good presentation and communication skills;
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Having shipping experience and immediately available are definite advantages;
  • We offer 5-day work/week, double pay, HK public holidays and medical insurance
