Assistant Officer to Deputy Manager, Custody Operation(Settlement), Custody Services Department
Job MatcherJob Responsibilities
- Input data in securities profile into internal custody system
- Process securities transactions or upload file via internal custody system, sub-custodian’s external system, including CCASS, Easyway, Creation Online & other appointed sub-custodians’ platform.
- Prepare/ input CHATS/TT applications, G/L account entries via FOVA and related payments
- Prepare daily/ monthly reports to clients
- Handle settlement instructions in Swift format
- Follow up with counterparties and clients for outstanding settlement status
Job Requirements
- University graduate
- 1 or 2 years work experience in banking/custody operations or securities settlement processing
- Reconciliation or billing/invoicing experience is preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel and Word
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
