FUNCTION

Works in the centralized administration department which maintains all necessary flight information in a routine as well as ad hoc basis to enhance smooth operations. The job holder is responsible for analyzing all incoming changes and providing necessary update in system to cope with the changes.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in Menu Presentation process to ensure information flow & data is well maintained
  • Maintain master data in internal user system and monitor the output of system to ensure data integrity maintained
  • Liaise between departments to achieve accurate data input
  • Follow the standards and guidelines in accordance with the ISO requirements.

REQUIREMENT

  • F.7 or Diploma above
  • 2 years working experience
  • Good command of English
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill
  • Computer knowledge is required
  • Having knowledge in F & B Management or experience in aviation industry is preferable
