Assistant Officer/Officer (UAT), Policy Administration (1-Year Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in in operations development and product implementation projects
  • Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) and formulate test cases in different projects
  • Complete project tasks in accordance to project timeline, and report progress to the project manager
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or above
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in life insurance or financial services industry, preferably with claims/IT experience
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products and operation process is preferred
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
