Assistant Operations Manager (Administrative support) - Luxury Retail

Our client is a global luxury retail brand. They are seeking for an Assistant Operations Manager to join their team. Job details as below: 

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for non-sales in store operations and administrative support
  • Supervise a small team and report to Boutique Manager
  • Monitor and plan for the shipments of merchandise
  • Inventory control and maintain optimum stock levels in-store
  • Evaluate the sales performance of each product and category
  • Implement the stock transfers between stores
  • Prepare the sales/CRM/stock related reports and provide the findings & advice to store management
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder 
  • At least 4 years relevant experience gained in luxury brands, preferably from fashion retail 
  • Familiar with the internal operations of retail stores 
  • Strong business acumen
  • Sensitive to data and good analytical skill 
  • Excellent leadership skill and interpersonal skill
  • Good command in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot table
