Assistant Operations Manager, Broker

  • Degree holder in any business related discipline
  • Holder of Senior Associate of ANZIIF or ACII is preferred
  • Min. 5 years' experience in general insurance, 2 years of which should
be at supervisory level
  • Knowledgeable in general insurance underwriting
  • Skill of using P400 will be an advantage
  • Good team leader/player with excellent communication, presentation and
leadership skills

Job Duties:
  • Achieve the revenue and profit objectives for Broker Branch
  • Maintain quality service and good relationship with assigned
intermediaries
  • Perform the role of underwriter for risk assessment
  • Provide operational support to policy renewal cycle and new business
development
  • Manage and monitor the system and the team to ensure the effectiveness
and efficiency of daily operation including corporate credit policy
  • Ensure system data integrity and data input quality
