Assistant Operations Manager (Clinical)(TST)

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible of leading clinic to execute company directives/business plan in a consistent and prompt manner. S/he will develop strategies and coach the clinical team to achieve the operational targets for the responsible centres, as well as guide them to improve center operations, patient experience and clinical compliance. In line with the company’s drive to deliver “Service First" across clinics, the incumbent will also ensure the right level of customer service delivered by frontline staff which in turn breeds customer loyalty and referral opportunities.

To succeed in this role, the incumbent has to possess strong leadership and communication skills; able to engage doctors, nurses and para-medical personnel in order to drive company objectives and changes. The services for the centre include:

1. Provide medical care, as well as maintenance and inventory of all medical equipment and supplies, implementation of a robust vaccination program, administration of group and individual health education programs.
2. Promote occupational health and safety to all staff on site
3. Conduct body check health care procedures
4. Hands-on experience of blood taking is preferred
5. Assist in the investigation of the occurrence of accident
6. Handle general clerical work and prepare reports on health checks
   
   

Job Requirements

• Degree holders in health care management, business administration or other social science subject
• Nursing background is preferred
• At least 5 years' hands on experience in managing healthcare centre/retail operations or project management
• Self-starter, proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to respond and resolve operational issues
• Strong leading and interpersonal skills to communicate and implement changes at frontline level

• Registered with Hong Kong Nursing Council with valid practicing certificate (RN/EN). (Trained nurse with overseas license are welcome)

• Experience with Medical Examinations For insurance companies 

• Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and good interpersonal & communication skills

• Good command of spoken Mandarin , Cantonese and English
