Job Description:

  • Handle Drivers enquiries, complaints and other operational issues
  • Maintain and update the system database
  • Support in organizing the driver activities and events to ensure a smooth process
  • Plan for scheme and campaign to maintain good relationship with related parties
  • Analyse data and generate relevant report on regular basis to ensure work efficiently and quality
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Job requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Good communication skill with good command over written and spoken English
  • Basic IT skills and able to manage and organize amounts of data
  • Excellent organizaton, planning and communication skills
  • Proficient in Chinese and English typing
  • Able to use Microsoft Office, Computer Software with basic computer knowledge
  • Hard-working, Careful, Active, Responsible, Enable to work under pressure and fast-paced work environment
