What are your responsibilities?

  • Provide efficient and complete learning and development programmes planning to build and enhance total human capabilities
  • Assist in the implementation of senior management’s leadership development programme
  • Coordinate with external vendors to implement assessment solutions for leadership programmes
  • Responsible for the smooth implementation and execution of the L&D programs
  • Assist in ad hoc organization development assignments

What skills/qualification will you need?

  • Degree holder in human resources management, business administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in learning & development area
  • Candidates with sizable companies experience are highly preferred
  • Strong project management skills and experience is a MUST
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Who would be suitable for the position?

  • Strong organizational skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player
