Assistant People Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, design and deliver training programs, presentations and CS related manuals
• Assist in identifying and conducting training needs analysis
• Evaluate learners’ progress and the overall effectiveness of courses. Provides feedback/coaching to trainees as necessary
• Coordinate/facilitate the assigned learning & development, customer service & communication projects for Brand
• Regularly conduct service coaching for our stores staff
• Develop, design the eLearning related programs and training videos
• Performs other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• A strong team player and ability to work independently
• Ability to present information to different levels of employees proficiently and effectively
• Able to adapt to a dynamic working environment
• 2 years’ experience in staff training and development. With experience in retail industry is highly preferable
• Proficient in video, audio and photo editing software include but not limited to Adobe Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Photoshop, iMovie, Filmora9, PowToon, With video making and related experience is a definite advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills in both English & Cantonese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as People Development Specialist
