  • Perform all round Human Resources Functions and specialize in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll administration, Leave management and HRMS.
  • Supervise and coach subordinates to ensure the implementation of corporate human resources initiatives which are delivered to the required standards.
  • Assist in the formulation of policies, standard requirements and administrative procedures for human resources initiatives.
  • Provide HR professional account services to functional Managers and ensure all HR issues are properly addressed in business units.
  • Listen with an impartial and objective view to employee on their grievances and conflicts with operation department in order to provide appropriate conflict resolution and reduce employee discontent.
  • Communicate and liaise closely with various section heads on day to day staff related matters.
  • Prepare and consolidate the data for company budget plan and regular monitoring.
  • Keep abreast of latest market trend on salary remuneration package, market benchmarking and recommend any improvements to current policies and/or practices to management.



  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR field with 3 years at supervisory level to supervise a team.
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation.
  • Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent, detail-oriented and is able to work under pressure.
  • Proactive with organizing and leadership skills.
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese.
