Assistant Personnel Officer (Compensation & Benefits)

  • Provide support on compensation and benefits functions including payroll calculation, taxation matters, MPF and benefits administration in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and update personnel records in HR system, filing system and database
  • Monitor and update leave and attendance records in HR system
  • Compile regular HR reports and statistics
  • Provide support on ad-hoc assignments


  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Strong numerical sense, detail-minded, responsible and be a good team player
  • Proficiency in MS Excel would be an advantage
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant (Compensation & Benefits)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
