¡P Perform routine administrative duties and provide operational support to corporate clients.
¡P Assist in handling customer service enquiries and perform data entry and document preparation and to meet customers' expectation.
¡P Control the quality of output by checking and signing for reinsurance statement and experience refund statement
¡P Report IS security incidents to IS Security according to AXA GI/CR company procedures.
¡P Prepare the Management and Financial reports
¡P Be a Project Manager of Employee Benefits that involves user requirement, plan submission and presentation, UAT and project closure monitoring so as to facilitate all projects from routine enhancement (such as system change) to large scale project (such as product development)
¡P Be a coach to train up the EB staff's technical skills
¡P Provide sales support to distribution channels and quality inquiry to internal departments
¡P Ensure quality work output and accuracy
¡P Teritary degree of any discipline, preferably with FLMI and ACS qualification
¡P At least 5 years experience in Employee Benefits field
¡P Sound knowledge of Group Medical & Life products
¡P Solid experience in handling Group Medical insurance administration
¡P Good customer service mindset
¡P Good communication and interpersonal skills
¡P Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
¡P Strong PC skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
