Sutherland Gastronomy was established in 2004, as the meat branding division from Sutherland, a major commodity meats trader throughout 1990’s. Sutherland Gastronomy mainly focus on marketing major, niche brands of meat and poultry in Hong Kong and Macau. Currently Sutherland represents over 20 exclusive brands of meat from United States, Europe and Australia, Thailand and China. Sutherland remains solely focused on raw, cooked, chilled or frozen meat products.
Sutherland branding division has made major strides in the last few years with our brands being distributed in major retail outlets, gourmet restaurants and hotels across Hong Kong and Macau. We are continuously working with brands in new product development and seeking out brands to remain at the forefront of Hong Kong and Macau's meat industry.
