Job Duties:

  • Institute purchasing policy to achieve company strategy and development plan
  • Liaison with oversea supplier
  • Manage stock and plan ordering with adequate forecast
  • Manage shipping matter and liaison with forwarder
  • Assist to manage product cost
  • Monitor product quality
  • Good problem solving, communication, leading and negotiation skills
  • Work closely with other department
  • Business Travel may be required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holder in purchasing / Supply Chain Management / Business related
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years’ experience, preferably with food purchasing, less experience will be considered as assistant purchasing officer
  • Good command of written and spoked English and Chinese
  • Proactive, hardworking and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in PC application such as Excel, Word
  • Immediate available is preferred
