Assistant Procurement Manager

Responsibility:

  • Source and liaise with potential and existing vendors for Beverage, food and non-food items for the Group’s diverse range of outlets needs
  • Conduct interview and negotiate with suppliers
  • Communicate with internal parties to determine procurement needs, quality, delivery requirements and price analysis
  • Manage the stock take, stock return and stock rebate on different suppliers
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in purchasing, hotel management, supply chain management is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and purchasing in the F&B or hotel industry
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good team player and self-initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with good multi-tasking skills
  • Sensitive to numbers and detail-oriented
  • Experience with ERP system, SAP is preferred
