Assistant Procurement Manager

Our Client, a leading US financial institution is seeking to hire a procurement professional to join their fast growing team.
Responsibilities:

Assist Procurement Head to direct and manage centralized procurement function for the country, occasionally for regional projects.
Driving strategic-sourcing projects across different commodities i.e. Technology, Marketing, Facilities and other corporate services related commodities including, office products / supplies, insurance and executive search services, etc.
Support the Procurement Head to work closely with Regional Procurement Office to deploy regional initiatives in conjunction with country business stakeholders and to achieve the savings target.
Ensure vendor’s deliverables and prepare MIS reporting for relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance and adherence to the established policy and procedure.
Qualifications & Experience:

University graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Self-starter and fast learner.
Solid experience in contract negotiation and project management.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Working experiences in Banking and Financial industry will be an advantage.
