Assistant Procurement Officer (3 months)

About the job

  • Assisting the Procurement Manager in managing and supporting the procurement exercise for office, stores, warehouses and pick up point in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Updating the approved contractor list and reviewing the performance of contractors on an on-going basis
  • To ensure efficient purchase including but not limited to Capex, General Service, Equipment Maintenance, Contractors' Work and Renovation Project etc.
  • To follow a proper authorization and compliance with organizational policy and procedures

About you

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline with at least 2 years of solid experience in procurement
  • Excellent analytical skill, logical thinking and stress resistant
  • Able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Must be proficient in MS office
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
