Assistant Procurement Officer/ Procurement Officer (F&B, fresh graduates are welcome)

Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day store enquires
• Processing store orders
• Develop, implement, and maintain HK Group's related central procurement strategy, policy and procedures on food & beverage items, including but not limited to disposable & other non-food items and service & maintenance
• Drive awareness / compliance to adhere to such policies and procedures, through close collaboration and educating the internal customers and external vendors
• Achieve procurement efficiency while meeting group’s standard
• Utilize e-platform applications to drive optimum performance, efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• 1 year of solid & relevant procurement experience gained from sizable corporations in sourcing / purchasing / supply chain and F&B industry or similar capacity
• Fresh graduates will also be considered. 
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Procurement Officer
• Diploma holder in Supply Chain Management, Procurement / Purchasing or Business Administration.  Past experiences in F&B / Catering Industry will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized with strong project management, self-motivated, good quality and working attitude, detailed minded, cost conscientious
• Proficient in Microsoft software both in English and Chinese
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
