  • Responsible for handling procurement requests for group companies in compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Source purchase items and services, issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP) to suppliers, negotiate price and contractual terms, prepare price analysis and make purchase recommendations as well as liaise with user departments and suppliers
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders / Contracts to suppliers
  • Maintain and update purchasing documents and database
  • Perform general clerical functions, e.g. distributing documents/memos and filing
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Diploma holder or above, preferably in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant procurement experience
  • Responsible, detail-minded and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Self-motivated, proactive, independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • A good team player with positive working attitude and high level of integrity
  • Proficient in PC skills such as MS Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
