We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Product Development and Client Experience Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Support for the development of new products as well as implementation and delivery to HASE Private Banking
  • Assist in product and proposition development, pricing, service, communication retention and product management across HASE Private Banking
  • Develop and champion existing products, ensuring that they are competitive and meet the needs of the clients
  • Work on enhancement for product distribution platform

 

Requirements

  • Degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ banking experience, preferably with exposure to private banking business 
  • Possess sound knowledge of application software such as MS Office
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset with good communication skill
