Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the retail sales analysis and making sales reports accordingly
-Review sales performance and formulate incentive programs in time to enhance it
-Conduct in-depth research on similar products among competitors in order to implement effective sales strategies for achievement of sales target
-Strong in research and development that could identify a continuous stream of commercially valuable new products
-Support any ad-hoc product development projects and all key meeting forums
Requirements:
-University degree or equivalent
-Minimum 7 years relevant working experience of which at least 2 years at managerial level
-Mature and able to work independently
-A team player, self-motivated, problem solving skills, good project management and analytical skills
-Well organized, with attention to detail and commercial sense
-Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
-Proficient in MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint is a MUST
-Immediate available is highly preferred
