Conduct various data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of CT's digital platform and to suggest recommendation for continuous improvement.
Perform in-depth analysis on customer behaviour, website traffic, click through rate; using these data to initiate relevant action plan to capture business opportunities.
Good in communicating product idea, plan, objective and performance measure.
Strong product solving skills with ability to balance product innovation and technical capability.
Diploma in Information technology, design or equivalent discipline.
At least 3-5 years’ solid experience in UX, product development of digital service.
Work closely with different departments on high-scope design challenges and feature sets.
Innovative, self driven and passionate.
Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Product Manager.
