Assistant Production and Quality Assurance Manager 助理生產及品檢經理 (唐記包點)

This post is working in a production site with 30-50 people at the current stage.

工作職責:

1) 生產方面：

• 負責生產工場之督導及監控工作，包括:
• 編排生產計劃
• 質量控制
• 成品儲存安排
• 成本控制
• 人力資源分配及運用
• 衛生及職業安全
• 就提升質量及生產效率等方面提出建議
• 定期撰寫生產及分析報告

2) 品質管理方面：

• 實施，審查和更新食品安全與質量管理體系（ISO22000）
• 審查並更新食品工廠的操作程序和準則，以符合公司的食品質量和衛生標準
• 領導下屬進行食品工廠定期質量檢查及審核活動
• 確定並解決有關食品安全和衛生的潛在風險
• 調查和分析食品安全和質量投訴，提出改善計劃避免重犯
• 提供衛生，食品安全和職業安全方面的培訓
• 與內部部門緊密溝通和合作，以加強產品質量和安全性

要求：

• 食品製造及食品安全管理文憑或以上程度
• 持有效衛生經理証書
• 5年或以上相關食品製作管理經驗
• 熟悉ISO22000及HACCP系統及本地食品條例
• 良好溝通及管理技巧
• 富責任心、守時、整潔

薪酬： 面議

工作時間：每週5天半，每天工作9小時，不需輪班
