Assistant Production Officer / Production Officer (Fresh Food)

About the job:

• Assist in production scheduling, material planning and manpower planning to achieve production target
• Control and order production materials to meet with business needs
• Monitor the performance of daily production operation and cope with occupational health & safety standards
• Analise and maximize the production efficiency and reduce the shrinkage by reviewing staff productivity and work procedures
• Liaise with external and internal parties on food safety issues
• Update Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) periodically to maintain a smooth and efficient production flow

What we look for?

• Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Science or other related disciplines
• 2 years’ experience in food production environment
• Analytical, detail-minded and independent
• Competency in MS Office, especially in Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
