Assistant Production Planning Officer / Officer (Cake & Bakery Factory)
Responsibilities:
- Perform production planning and control production schedule to fulfill customer requirement
- Allocate production resources to balance the capacity usage of production lines
- Provide statistical analysis for management improvement
- Monitor and coordinate material availability to fulfill production schedule
- Work out necessary plan with other departments to maximize production capacity to meet sales target
- Coordinate and follow up on new product development and launch plan
- Set production performance target for different level of operator and monitor the performance result
- Analyze and implement continuous production process improvement project
Requirements:
- University graduate in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 2-3 years related experience in factory with preferable in food industry
- Well-organized with good analytical skill
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as statistics
- Independent, decisive, logical, creative, aggressive and detail-oriented
- Good communication and presentation skills, able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in ERP/MRP system
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Supervisor
- Fluent verbal and written English and Chinese.
- Working location: Tai Po Industrial Estate (with shuttle bus at Kowloon Tong & Tai Po)
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
