To be responsible to the Program Consultant to maintain an up-to-date organization structure for sales performance data capturing for commercial hotline. The job holder is also responsible to assist Program Consultant to ensure new product/services are supported in the sales performance system well before its launch.
To update Staff Management System upon new joins
To regularly update Staff Management System on staff movements
To update account assignments upon requests from operation teams
To assist Program Consultant to verify commission reports are accurately generated
To assist Program Consultant to participate in user requirement, functional requirement and perform UAT on areas relating to sales performance data capturing system
To evaluate impact to operations and recommend alternatives upon system changes in order to ensure frontline operation is not affected
To conduct briefing/training sessions to frontline staff upon new system development completed
To undertake projects as required
Degree holder with minimum 1 year experience in telecom industry or call center operation
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Initiative and innovative in recommendation in service improvement
In-depth knowledge on process, procedures, products and operation systems with high complexity and their inter-relationship
Good statistical knowledge
Proficient in English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
Proficient experience in using PC software. (e.g. Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Occasionally trip to China
Candidates with less academic qualification but more relevant experience will also be considered
Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
