Job Duties

  1. To handle all rounded project administration support related to daily business operation, sales and marketing activates.
  2. Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure project achievement of objectives and schedules.
  3. Prepare various presentation materials and reports related to business development, marketing and sales activities.
  4. Conduct business development engagement activities.
  5. Ensure all documentation and records are in order and in compliance with the necessary procedures and regulations.
  6. Handle any ad hoc tasks as requested.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holders in Business, Marketing, Building or other relevant disciplines.
  • 4-5 years working experience in project management or business operation is preferable.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese & English (both spoken and written).
  • Mandarin is a must.
  • Attention to details and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in PC skills and MS office applications, such as Project, Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Immediate available is preferable
