Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the site work with customers and subcontractors
  • Supervise subcontracting work
  • Prepare shop drawings
  • Conduct work measurement, payment application, variation order (VO) claims to clients
  • Assist the team in AutoCAD drawing and prepare sample board for submission
  • Responsible for all technical services to customers, including goods inspection
  • Solve all technical issues with customers on product installation

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate holders in Building Studies or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ practical on-site experience in building construction or fitting out work
  • Hands-on CAD drawing skill
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Hands-on PC skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skill
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Coordinator
