About the job:

  • Assist Manager in ensuring store facilities are running smoothly for the operation of the business 365 days and monitoring store development project lifestyle
  • Collaborate with store operation to deliver facilities management inclusive of corrective and preventive maintenance
  • Follow up any statutory orders works e.g. fire safety and illegal structure, and liaise with all stakeholders (landlord, incorporated owners and management office, Sales Operations team etc.) to ensure the work to be carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Manage contractor’s performance with monitoring and reviewing processes.
  • Provide assistance in associated works for license applications
  • Manage maintenance tenders and contracts administration in related to budget issues

What we look for?

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 2 working experience in retail or F&B facilities management. Food retail environment experience and knowledge of building & licensing codes would be an advantage.
  • Holder of valid Construction Workers Registration Card & Green Card.
  • Proficiency in office computer skills, AutoCAD, MicroStation and BIM.
  • A good team player with good listening skills and attention to detail
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
