JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist in the coordination, project scheduling, cost control, project execution, and completion of projects to fulfill customers’ requirements & expectations
  • To participate in delivering and organizing projects, including project planning, project progression, project delivery and ensuring that the projects are completed within the default timeline, budget and fulfill the standard requirements
  • Maintain close communication with business partners, contractors and customers to ensure target deliverables
  • Coordinate with vendors & venue providers for offsite & onsite logistics arrangement, follow-up rundown, client updates, speakers & overseas guests liaison, vendor management, production design, registration & stage arrangements, etc.
  • Provide recommendations / solutions to meet customer’s requirements, specifications, and expectation
  • To support in providing full range of travel arrangement for free independent traveler, group traveler, include the handling of enquiries, itinerary planning, ticketing, hotel bookings, visa applications, focus group’s ticketing and travel fulfilments, and back up arrangement
  • Work closely with other team members to provide support on arrangement of travel insurance, leisure products and limousine services
  • Provide logistics and administrative work and follow up on post-events reports and payment arrangement
  • To assist and execute the sales, promotion and business strategies with relevant marketing tools and online platform
  • Source and explore new technology or vendors for cost saving and efficiency
  • Adopt new event technology to strengthen the proposition of the Event Management. Prepare and monitor sales forecasts and budgeting, as well as monthly reports and updates

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Degree in tourism or events management, project management, or related disciplines
  • 1-2 year experience, preferable in  events / project  management
  • Excellent Skills in communication, strong in negotiation and presentation skills
  • A good team player and to work under high pressure
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently with team members across all kinds of background and adaptive to fast-changing work environment
  • Proactive, responsible, organized and an effective leader
  • Sales experience in event management/ travel industry will be advantageous
  • Excellent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Computer literate in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
